It's amazing how Soundcore offered me x 2 replacement Q30's when I complained about the wind noise from the ANC microphones. (acknowledged design flaw) And sent me some sound sport style earbuds when the Liberty pro earbuds kept falling out of my ears. All for no charge after I had returned the pros

Soundcore has great sound but guess what? They break super easily. Had a pair of Q30 broke within a month. Got spaceone's broke in 3 months. I like JBL sound in general not their headphones buy those are built to last....you can also try Jlab similar price range as soundcore with better noise cancel

This is a design issue. I think that both my q30 headphones had the plastic slider break apart. It stinks about no proof of purchase. If you remember when you bought it, maybe contact customer service and see if they could give you a 25% on a purchase at Soundcore.com or Amazon.com.
