Liberty 5 or 4 nc ?
4NC in my opinion. There are upgrades to the Liberty 5, but I don't think they're monumental. 4NC work great and sound good There are new Liberty 5s coming out soon that got leaked. Great value at first, but terrible longevity: The Soundcore cycle.
Exact same problems with the Liberty 2 Air Pro's, went through 3 pair, 2 replaced under warranty. I'm on my second pair of Liberty 5 Pro's and exact same issue AGAIN.
