honestly an Osmo Pocket 3 will fit your needs and is about 10k+ cheaper than a ZV-1F, plus the built in gimbal is great

They don’t like big lenses but you’ll absolutely be able to take the ZV-1F in. I think Max from Villa on Tour uses something similar for his vlogs.

Won't bury the lede: you'll need to check with the venues & fests you're interested in to see what their camera policy is. Honestly, I'm not sure either of those would truly be a massive improvement over the iPhone unless you specifically need an "action" style camera, which looking at your channel doesn't seem to be the case. I'd look at something like a used Sony ZV-1F from MPB if your budget can stretch to the $400is
