I wouldn't get the ZV1F because it has a prime lens, meaning it has a fixed focal length (no zoom) and won't be as versatile.

A 20mm equivalent (the actual focal length for the ZV-1F is 7.5mm) is quite a wide angle, well into ultrawide territory. So it can be good for landscape, architecture, and group selfies. It's probably wider than you're used to for candids and general use, but not necessarily unusable.
