Sony WH-CH720N Wireless Over-Ear Noise Cancelling Headphones are amazing with glasses. I’m AuDHD and wear them all day with no issues. Very light and comfortable and the noise cancelling is great.

Ear defenders/earbugs
as earplugs i use loops’, the “engage 2 plus” model for the day and the “dream” one for the night (even tho for sleeping i mainly use wax or foam earplugs). they get really uncomfortable for me after a while tho and it’s not really recommended to wear them all the time. so i also use noise canceling

Suggest headphones for PS5(story games majority)for 3D sound, cinematic and immersion expirience.
Sony CH720N. I'm currently using Sennheiser Momentum 4 but Sony ones are my favourite for comfort and sound. You'll need to use it wired with your controller. They are so comfortable that at times I used to forget that I'm wearing them.
