I recently bought a Wh-Ch520, but when I connect it to Bluetooth, it says it is connected/paired, but there's no sound. My device is Windows 10. I also tried factory resetting and reconnecting it, but that didn't work either. Also, the device is not connected in the control panel. Can anybody help?

Running 22.1 Xia, just purchased Sony WH-CH520 headphones. Managed to connect them to my phone no problem, attempted to connect to my desktop and failed to find the device. Restarted bluetooth, no luck. Attempted to pair manually using the headphones MAC address, it said the device is "not available
