Microsoft is promising to make Bluetooth audio much better in Windows 11
Turns out that is because Microsoft hasn't been keeping up with bluetooth standards. Nah. Bluetooth standards are complete trash. Their standard has been incompetent for more than 25 years now and I'm convinced they're trying to make it to 35. LE audio was supposed to deliver this feature, It sort o

Wired earphones are better
The sound difference is unnoticeable for the vast majority of users. Also, the more expensive Bluetooth headphones like Sony xm6 have technology to help them uncompress the signal making this difference even more unnoticeable. Unless your a musician the benefits of Bluetooth far outweigh wired earph

Quick flip7 pros and cons review after nearly a month. Came from iPhone 16pro max
Bluetooth headphones not connecting when the phone is closed is definitely not normal. I connect to my Sony WH-1000XM6 and Powerbeats Pro 2 while the phone is closed all the time, on average at least 3 or 4 times a day, always while the phone is closed and I pull down the quick menu on the cover scr

Best Headphones/Noise Canceling
Sony WH-1000XM6. I worked in an open office with a dude who acted like he was presenting to a conference every time he would take a Teams call, and they were better than any I tried before. They are multipoint and from what I’ve seen, work much better if you’re a dual Windows and iPhone user, versus

Korone says that she's so behind the times. She's scared of using digital payment/wallet, free WiFi at hotels & connecting to bluetooth for headphones/keyboard/mouse cause if she can't see it, it makes her nervous.
fidelity is also better on wired.BT still compresses the music/sound.the Sony wh-1000xm6 still has stereo mini jack option even though its mainly a bluetooth headphone. i use 2nd lowest tier of Sony BT headphones but having the option to use wired on flights is great...saves on battery

Sony Xperia 1 VIII is so anti-2026.
a pet peeve but why does sony show the terrible sounding xm6 in wired mode which the whole point of the headphone is wireless features, when sony literally makes the mdr mv1 for the same price and that is regarded as one of the most comfortable headphones ever that even audiophiles agree sounds grea

Help me choose: Px7 S3 vs. WH-1000XM6 (also considering Bose QC Ultra & AirPods Max USB-C) — iPhone-only listener, travel + desk use
#Need real-world feedback - considering returning Sony XM6
I'd love some real-world feedback while I consider returning my XM6. I used to have AirPods Max (lightning port) that I sold due to its weight and port as I try to move to a USB-C only setup. I couldn't stand the case and the weight.

Are the airpods max 2 worth upgrading from beats studio 3's?
No, the AirPods Max 2 aren’t worth getting all. They’re overpriced for what they do, they are heavy, they can get uncomfortable over time (the headband has zero padding), and they only excel at Apple device integration and ANC. If you prioritize ANC, I’d look at the Sony WH-1000XM6 or Bose QC Ultra

I always said Bose was shit…
I bought a pair of Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra gen 2. And couldn't agree more with your assessment. After 14 days I returned them. Same issue with random disconnects. Got myself a pair of Sony wh-1000xm6 and it's soooo much better
