My work does involve meetings a lot , So I recently bought sony wh-1000xm4 ( shit is pricey af ) to yolo. I didn't do enough research before buying so it turns out to be that while the headphone is excellent in noise calcellation and sound but sucks

I also had the white-noise issue with my first pair and got a replacement. But this time the firmware version 2.5.1 was installed on them as the screenshot shows.
