Im a big sucker for sony headphones, for in ear, i have the wf-c710n, they're not crazy expensive and they have a good sound quality and good anc and good transparency mode too, 100% would recomend them.

Get some Sony WF-C710N's if you can afford them, otherwise from my experience the p31's are OK but a bit noticeable even in gaming mode. The ANC is brilliant when it works and they sound good for the price imo.

Good noise cancelling headphones aren't necessarily expensive. I don't know your financial situation, of course, but I do know that I have had a lot of pleasure of the Sony WF-c710n that I got 2nd handed from Amazon for around 50 bucks. Just look for the good models from a few years back, refurbed!
