MDR-Z1R

To be honest, it seems like the Sony signature line is dead. That includes the WM1 and WM1Z and their successor models. They recently discontinued the MDR-Z1R, and the IER-Z1ER. Will they replace it with a different line? It’s hard to say, but for now it seems bleak.

probably the verite closed or sony MDR-Z1R for soundstage alone. I dislike both the sound signatures though, I prefer atrium to verite.

With Sony either you spend $450 on the XM6 or you spend $1800 on Sony MDR-Z1R and thats not competing with the px8.
