if you are on 26.04 you will be using pipewire instead of pulse. having pulse installed alongside may cause issues. if you are not upgraded yet, then this is not the case. try changing the audio codec. at least in KDE this is part of the Bluetooth tray applet thing. SBC is the lowest speed required
