No, I just used a Sony ZV-E1, it takes really crisp low light videos. Why the video looks a little weird is the compression to make it a GIF that works well on Reddit.

Get an A7Siii used. Best deal by a mile. Especially if they toned down the noise reduction (not sure if they did this though). My biggest issue with the FX30 is it’s lowlight performance. Even slightly darker settings is really rough. Anything over shot over 2500 ISO is borderline ruined. Would recommend considering the Sony ZVE1

Go with the Sony ZV-E1. Significantly cheaper than FX3/A7S3 (especially if you're willing to buy used). Same sensor with great low light capabilities. AF is supposedly better than those cameras. And you get 4K60 SLog3 in 10 bit. If you're shooting run and gun (which it seems like you are), the ZV-E1

I own FX3, ZV-E1, A7iv and the new A7v. After some testings and a few field gigs, the A7v certainly has the better sony Autofocuse system and better in-body stabilizer, and sharper in-camera 4k video codec than FX3 and ZV-E1. Low light is shockingly as good as FX3 and ZV-E1 up to ISO 12800... ZV-E1

I own both the FX3 and R5 C. Right now nothing competes with the Sony 12MP sensor in low light. The FX6, A7SIII, FX3, and ZV-E1 are all uniquely special because of that sensor. The closest I’ve seen is the C80, which is also great at 12800 and the 6K helps.

Thx for the sLog2 Lut, really like how it always lifted the shadows just slightly, even in 10-bit I much prefer it over sLog3 for my type of extreme Lowlight (Starry/Moon-lit landscape) filming. Yeah sadly they didn't, but at least they made the NR in LOG/sLog3 on the FX3/ZV-E1 (except a7s3), much less aggressive (though silently through firmware update 2.0, never making mention of it) But because of that more naturally grainy NR (more details kept), the footage is much more usable. (So 99%
