Try looking for sony zve1 or zve10’s they’re near ur budget and decent hybrid cameras. Zve1 would probably suit your needs the best

Ya I messed around with a buddy's RX100, and honestly I think that with a magnetic ND Filter would be fine. But I'm going to rock the ZV-E1 just bc I want the extra codec power. I've found a few super light lenses that I think will pair nicely. Check out the Sony E 28-60, and the Sony E PZ 16-50.

If it’s about video I think it has to be the s9. The problems with the s9 are more about using it for photography (lack of evf, mechanical shutter, dials etc).
