Backcountry Photography question
I think a 24-105 lens is perfect for backcountry trips. Wide enough for shots of the landscape but you can also zoom in on skiers/riders in action shots. I use a Sony a6300 with the tamron 17-70 (equivalent of ~24-105 for full frame) and love it. I carry it in a hyperlite camera pouch on my hip. Whe

What case or bag are you using for the CS-Pro? Dog photo for tax.
I got a JJC one off aliexpress, fits it perfectly when its fitted with a square lens hood. I'd link it but reddit blocks aliexpress links. Search "JJC Mirrorless Camera Pouch Case for Sony A6700 A6600 A6500 A6400 A6300 A6100 A6000 ZV1F ZV-1 ZV-E10 Ricoh GR3 HDF GR IIIx GRIII"

Is this a good deal and good starter camera?
I agree 100% but I would throw the a6300/6400 in there for a more affordable approach. I’ve got multiple full frame Sonys as well as a couple of fujifilm. And I still gravitate to my a6300 for daily carry.

Secondary camera
If you plan to do paid gigs, even small ones, having a backup body is a good idea. No dual SD slots means if the camera fails, the shoot is over. Clients will not care about excuses. That said, if you are just starting and doing low risk gigs, a second body is not urgent yet. Prioritize reliability,

My wife wants to starts photography as a hobby.
I would rather look at 2nd hand older mirorless - they are much smaller, usually have much better video capabilities, much better AF coverage and they have nice upgrade options (most dslr systems are abandoned so no new cameras, lenses, etc) In that budget you should be able to easily get 2nd hand S

Help me find the right camera plz
None of those. You can get a far better used DSLR than those. Or if you want to go mirrorless get a used Sony a6300 and a nice lens.

All-round camera under ₹70–80K for travel & nature (can stretch budget)
I have a second hand sony a6300 with sony 16-70mm f4 lens, (both bought separately), and after selling the kit lens for around 6k, the total cost of the set-up is around 62k. You can try something similar. It's serving me well in my travels. I use this combo more than the prime lens (35mm f1.8) as t

My new camera system after 8 years of MFT?
I use a mix of things. I end up reaching for my a6300 and Sigma 18-50 a lot, it’s small and light, and 95% of the quality of my a7RV. On the A7RV I use the 20-70 F/4 when I want something light, and the Tamron 35-150 f/2-2.8 when I don’t care. I also use the Tamron 28-200 when I want a smaller do ev

Travelability of the RX100 vii
I travel 4 to 6 months each year. Stills only. It’s all in comfort yet I still baby my 3 RX100’s. They're gripped with a bottom plate grip similar to the SmallRig, covered in gun grip tape, the top plate, other than the evf is taped along with whatever holes are there, the lens has a Kase mag filter

Point and Shoot in Photopit?
I shoot with Sony myself, so I would recommend Sony to you too, but it's best if you just read up on the different brands and choose the camera that suits you best. If you’re looking to upgrade after this show, I’d personally recommend looking at the Sony E-mount system. It works for both APS-C and
