Not including a Sony option in this is ridiculous. An A7V, A1II, or A9III all could be argued are top of the list. I would argue that the A9III honestly is capable of things for weddings that no other body even is. With a true global shutter and crazy sync speeds it can do things you simply can't ac

I have both and I now use the a7v more. It’s the perfect hybrid camera, I think. Made a little vid talking about the various Sony cameras I have. Let me know if you have any questions. Happy to help. sony a7iv vs a7v vs a7cii vs fx3 https://youtu.be/oxD2bGmmfCk

I have the Sony a7iv. I didn't even know " how terrible" of a sensor it has until I was watching a7v reviews. I went back and looked at some real world footage with whip pans. It was barely there and only if you knew what to look for. I laughed.

No. You’re drawing completely incorrect conclusions. The Sony a7V has excellent sensor readout speed. Rolling shutter is very difficult to get in electronic shutter mode, especially compared to the previous a7IV. With the a7IV, I always had to switch to the mechanical shutter even when a person was

Honestly the X-H2S is a great camera and in some ways has a better image/video specs than either Sony (open gate, 6K, ProRes or high data rate H265, great color). The biggest improvement you’ll notice is autofocus (Fuji AF is terrible) but the lenses are bigger and more expensive. If you do get a So

In no particular order: Panasonic S1ii Nikon Z8 or ZR Sony A7v Canon R6iii Read the reviews, watch the videos and hold them in your hand and check out the menus. Any of them would do a great job. But there isn't one perfect camera: some have open gate, some have RAW, some have higher frame rates, yo

Which makes total sense given Sony has an explicitly dedicated line of video products now. The FX3 predated the A7IV by a few months but still at the time the FX/ZV line felt less established. They A7V brings their mid range photo camera up to near top specs for photo (Speed and AF near the A1II) an

I own FX3, ZV-E1, A7iv and the new A7v. After some testings and a few field gigs, the A7v certainly has the better sony Autofocuse system and better in-body stabilizer, and sharper in-camera 4k video codec than FX3 and ZV-E1. Low light is shockingly as good as FX3 and ZV-E1 up to ISO 12800... ZV-E1

I'm not sure if my response will still help you, but I'll share my thoughts in case someone else finds it useful. I currently use the OM-1 II +Pro lenses and I also have a FF birding setup. If you shoot a lot of BIF (birds in flight), I’d honestly suggest sticking with Sony. Sony still has the edge
