Sony a7siii Good Enough for Real Estate Photography?
12MP is enough, I used the a7sii for a few years. That’s such an expensive camera though I’d probably get an a7iv (what I use currently) as my photo camera though.

Seeking some guidance on planning out a film scanning rig
Edit: sorry, I've just seen you have a Fuji xs-10, my bad. I consider 20mp to be the bottom end of medium-format scanning and just fine for 35mm, with prints up to 8.5x11.
