24 fps as a “sacred cow” isn’t 30 fps more practical for social media?
Man, what a time to be alive. Any time this conversation comes up, I'm instantly brought back to my childhood bedroom circa 2002. I spent countless hours searching the internet, doing whatever I could to find out how to make MiniDV footage that came from my Sony VX-2000 look like it was shot on film

Sony a7iii creating noise around skin.
Probably used qualifier , or color slice a bit much! For 8 bit its better to be gentle ! And most importantly try to shoot HLG3 for a7iii max dynamic range is possible on this profile! And exposing a7 iii, definitely watch Gerald Undone’s video about it! Its gamechanger for exposing a7iii 💫

Good cinematography cameras on the market in 2025–2026.
there's absolutely nothing wrong with your a7lll - what you need is how to use it properly. i've worked with directors and producers using plain, boring run-of-the-mill cameras and equipment who've created breathtaking images by the use of their knowledge, lighting, and willingness to push the bound

Z5ii vs Sony A7iii
They all use the same sensor (Sony IMX410). Most 24MP full frame mirrorless cameras (other than Canons, the original Z5, and the latest models) use this same sensor. So the A7iii, Z6, Z6ii, ZF, Panasonic S5, etc. The A7iii is roughly equivalent to the original Z6. And you’ll note that the used Z6 pr

Colour matching 2 different Sonys w 10bit Canon
S-Log2 or HLG3 on the A7III since that camera is 8-bit. I used to shoot with it a lot, used it as a B cam on a few shoots with my Fuji X-H2S, and the S-Log2 from the A7III was easily matched to my F-Log2 footage. I've never shot with the A7IV so I don't know much about how well its codec and sensor

What's wrong with those "for m43 guys"?
I switched from Pana GX80 to Sony A7 III and the only reason I switched was because I got more into video at night time and here the difference between those two formats are huge, but in my case the difference in photography isn't that big of a deal.

Is recording in 4k really necessary?
the a7 iii has the reputation for having really good 8 bit footage if you cant sell RE videos with it its not the cameras fault

Hello ZV E10, E10 Mark II Users. If we crank up the ISO to max, can we capture a video like this? I know. Not photo using Long Exposure. But a video. Is it possible?
Yeah nice video! (Have shot the Milky Way in video myself many times..) In that particular Instagram video they also used the Sony a7siii. Sorry to tell you, but the a6700 won't do that either (is comparable to the ZV-E10 image quality/sensitivity.) You really need any of those bodies I mentioned to
