What do you mean by optimize? The best surround system will have floor speakers and a sub. My Sonos Arc Ultra has a lip sync setting but it's manual and I haven't enabled it. It's shitty, Sonos only gives you 5 values to choose from, 1-5. That's why I tried using Kodi's Audio Offset setting. Works much better. But hard to get it exactly right.

All of this works fine for me following the steps in the OP, and the surround-sound and TruePlay work perfectly but now the 6 speakers (Arc Ultra, sub, Era 300’s, Era100’s) have disappeared from the Sonos app and therefore are no longer available for streaming music. Is this expected behavior?

You seem to be one of the few that thinks the 300 is better than the 100 in front. Most other posters who have tried multiple rank Five, then 100 and 300 last as a front. The reason being the disabled drivers on the 300s vs the 100s and the Five using all drivers. Can you confirm which drivers are a
