I don't know if it affects Sonos Beam, but it appears that at least with the Arc Ultra that a recent Sony update (from a few months ago) has made the connection unreliable. Which is putting me off from buying the Sonos Arc Ultra for my Bravia 8 II.

Same here. Does not work with my LG C1 and new Sonos Arc Ultra. If I had known…WARNING: You cannot use Bluetooth Headphones with an LG OLED TV and Sonos Arc Ultra. So much for the planned LG G5 upgrade.

All of this works fine for me following the steps in the OP, and the surround-sound and TruePlay work perfectly but now the 6 speakers (Arc Ultra, sub, Era 300’s, Era100’s) have disappeared from the Sonos app and therefore are no longer available for streaming music. Is this expected behavior?
