Adjustable Dumbbells - Yay or Nay?

I would love to have a rack of dumbells. However, with the small footprint these adjustables take up, plus the lower cost of buying a whole set... for me it was an easy choice. Ive had the Snode Ad80s for a year and have zero buyers remorse.

Adjustable Dumbbells - Yay or Nay?

Adjustable dumbbells recommendation

The main trade-off is adjustment speed, pin systems take longer between sets compared to dial mechanisms. If you're doing straight sets it's f

Help! Hubby wants a home gym

Some adjustable dumbbells got a bad rep because of Nuobells plastic mechanism which can break if you drop them, but my knock-offs are still going strong 5 years later. Since then, many similar but more durable models were produced : Snode AD80, Rep QuickDraws, Trulaps, and lately the MX EVOs. Powerb
