I second the Snode AD80s going from powerblocks to the Snode AD80s my wife’s first comment was how much more traditional they feel. However, the adjustments for 5lb increments is a little odd with the additional weight magnets, but they haven’t been an issue for use so far.

But you'd have to get their magnetic adder plates too in order to get the small weight jumps you're looking for.
