NUOBELL

I bought them during the pandemic. I use them every single workout anywhere from 10-80 lbs. They’d definitely bust if I tossed them on the ground because of the plastic, so I don’t and they’ve held up very well the last 5 years. I would 100% buy them again. It’s the nuobell brand.

It’s really hard to find any that aren’t made in China. A good compromise might be Nuobell. They’re a Swedish company and you can buy them from Bells of Steel which is Canadian.

Adjustable dumbbells are the way to go imo. You can do just about any movement with them and target every major muscle group in your body, and if you get ones that go heavy enough, you can get plenty of stimulus for all your muscles. I loved my nuobells - I don’t drop weights so can’t speak to durability if you’re throwing them around but I never had a problem otherwise. The handles are thicker than standard but it wasn’t ever an issue for me. Quick change ability is amazing. They are pricey though.
