Any hepa air purifier will deal with all mould spores. The higher the CADR the better. The biggest problem is nearly all companies only tell you the CADR of the highest setting. Which most people don’t tend to use. I’d advise a smart art purifier - the sa600. Really high CADR and nice and quiet. Lon

I second the Smart Blast Mini! I have one and it works great. It has a very high CADR (clean air delivery rate) so in a small place with just one living room and 2 bedrooms, all that may be required is one. Unfortunately they raised the price recently due to tariffs, so it's over $700 now, and OP co
