best rings for just sleep tracking
The SleepOn Go2Sleep 3 - Only sleep tracking. I tried it and it takes some getting used to. Battery only last 12hrs, and you wear only at night. Ultimately it wasn't for me, but it's under $200 and works as claimed.

Accuracy of readings?
