I think Skullcandy is changing up the way they do controls on their newer headphones. They seem to be using a joystick for most of the functions (Volume/playback control), and a separate button that powers them on, and allows for you to toggle the ANC/stay-aware modes on or off. If you're looking at Skullcandy for budget headphones with bass, I've seen the Crusher Evo and Crusher ANC 2 go as low as $130. For that price, I'd say they're definitely a good buy if you're looking for hard-hitting bass. If that's too much money still, the Hesh series are okay if you're still want

The hesh evos are really nice and light and the fit quite nice with a good clamp so they dont move too much. But they aren't the best. The hesh anc are about the same but they do have more as in the anc. They fit about the same. But in my opinion I think the crusher anc 2s are the most comfortable.

Yeah, it's my go to for travel now, running, and office work.I just miss Skullcandys. They had a reddit AMA and they do not plan on going back to small cases. I still use my skull candy hesh ANC to chill at home or study.

Same boat, used Skullcandy products for years, jib, was my first, then got a pair of hesh ancs, sesh ancs (got dropped into a grate while i was working), 2 pairs of smokin buds, method 360 anc, plyr wireless, hesh 2s and dime 3s, only one that gave me some connection issues was the smokin buds, othe
