The crusher volume level is normal. They gave no promises but are looking into changing the crusher volume table to increase bass at lower volume. nah no need honestly, you already have the XM6 which i am assuming is your daily. The 1080 ANC is nowhere near sa good as XM6, and their haptic bass is ALSO nowhere near as good as the Crushers ANC 2/Evo
