Trial footage Akaso v50x (fail mount ko)
I’d recommend the SJCAM C400, especially since it’s one of their newer releases. The stabilization is surprisingly good you won’t get that super bouncy footage even on rough paths. The video quality is crisp enough for YouTube or just saving your rides, and the audio is decent too not that windy mus

action cam or 360 cam? which do you prefer for diving?
action cam of course. u can try the SJCAM C400, it’s budget friendly and has good quality. Great for travel, rides, adventures, and can also be used underwater with a waterproof case. It shoots in 4K and has stabilization too. Worth it for the price tho.

I want to start vlogging
If you want to start vlogging with a personal, up-close, on-the-go style and stay under $250, the SJCAM C400 is honestly a very solid and practical choice. It’s compact, easy to carry, and has excellent battery life, which is a huge plus when you’re moving around and don’t want to worry about chargi

What’s the best budget action cam under $150 in 2026?
SJCAM C400. Solid 4K quality for the price and shoots 4K at 30fps, which is already enough and I like the sharp footage with decent colors compared to cheaper generic cams. It has horizon stabilization, so footage stays level while moving and the crazy battery life is a big advantage.

I’ve seen an SJCAM recommendations, is it a good brand new users?
C400 is a good starting point. I’d pick the C400 over most sub-$150 cams. AKASO is okay, but SJCAM usually has better stabilization and more consistent footage.

Recommendations
SJCAM C400 is actually a very practical and balanced option to consider. It sits in that mid-budget but highly capable range where you get a compact body, a wide 154° field of view, and 6-axis stabilization that is good enough for walking, running, and casual action shots. It’s also caoable for llon

okay man, but ever if you want something simpler aside from GoPro, you might want to check out the SJCAM C400. One good thing with it is you can just shoot and use the clips right away no heavy editing needed since the footage is already decent and stabilized.

hi OP, if you want something budget friendly, the SJCAM C400 is honestly worth checking out. I’ve seen people use it for biking and everyday outdoor clips since it’s compact, easy to mount, and not bulky like some bigger action cams. Daylight footage looks pretty solid for the price, and battery lif
