The sound is definitely up there with the best in the market right now but as a trade off the ANC is lacking. Itll cut out airplane noises and slight traffic but don’t be surprised if it doesnt blow your mind. I also dont think spatial audio is available on the momentums. For comparison I got the WF

Same thing happened to me with the mtw3 I went through 3 pairs covered under warranty before giving up & never buying sennheiser Bluetooth stuff again, surprisingly my mtw2 are still working lol
