Momentum 4- The best neutral sounding headphone
They are not. Sennheiser literally sells a better, more neutral version of these with the HDB630. “Honestly” saying “the best money can buy” is misleading and you should do better.

Sennheiser Consumer Hearing is apparently up for sale again (in German)
They took Sennheiser products and watered them down for the Accentum series. It took them a while to release the HD660 S2 and HDB630. Both Momentum 4 products were mild updates and Sonova didn’t fix previous issues with the Momentum earbuds. Still buggy connectivity (also weird connectivity that cau

Trying to decide if HDB 630 are worth it over Sony XM6
I tried several headphones at this point and I asked come back to Sennheiser for their clear, precise and airy tuning. After years of listening to songs and prices for millions of times, I discover new stuff in them when using my Momentum 4. Yes they’re a different class as the HDB630, but the only

What happened to headphones being a statement piece!
If the B&W are equal sound wise and with similar ANC then sure, they look better. AirPods will not compare in that area, they are design first. I would argue Sennheiser might have chosen to put the money on the sound and the inside instead of fancy metal. And if they put metal instead price would go

Looking for a good pair of noise canceling bluetooth headphones
Bose QC Ultra Gen 2 has probably the best ANC and apparently sound quality is not bad according to Resolve from The Headphone Show, once you EQ a little bit. But if sound quality is your priority then go for the Sennheiser HDB630 (second class ANC though)

Sennheiser Momentum 5 Mentioned in German Trade Media – Early Leak or Just Speculation?
We got HDB 630, Momentum 5 won’t be better than it. They maybe cheaper though, aimed at general consumer market. Especially when Momentum are made by the Sennheiser under branch and there were strong speculation with Sennheiser asking themselves on Reddit, what we would want from M5. So they may be

Is the HDB 630 worth the upgrade from Momentum 3?
I just got my HDB630’s in today and think they sound pretty good for wireless. I’m used to my HD800S full stack setup, so do they sound that good? Absolutely not. But for wireless, I haven’t heard better. And I’ve used all the major brands. I still rock my AirPod pro 3’s for daily use but I got the

Sennheiser Consumer Hearing is apparently up for sale again (in German)
To be fair, they’re likely using Qualcomm Bluetooth chips (I haven’t looked this up) so the codecs they get are all determined by Qualcomm (or whichever Bluetooth chip manufacturer they’re using). I get that they want to compete. But having 2-3 flavors of aptX, AAC, and whatever else plastered on th
