What makes the HD 660s2 so good

The Sennheiser HD 660S2 headphones are a fascinating blend of Sennheiser's acoustic engineering prowess, taking cues from several successful models to create something truly special. At their core, the HD 660S2 headphones leverage advanced driver technology. While they don't explicitly reuse the HD

New HD 660S2 to replace my HD 650

I recently purchased the HD 660S2 because I wanted to get back just a little bit of the sub bass response the HD 650s lacked. I've owned the HD 650s for about a year now and decided there's more I could get out of the 660S2s. The 660S2s just deliver so well. The sub bass is there more than the 650s,

HD650 + MBP 14

This new MBP 14 really got everything I wanted. near no bezel design, no Touch Bar. MagSafe and ProMotion, 2X scaling factor. The notch design gives more vertical space just resolve my pain point using MBA. The webpage is just too wide.

One thing that was rarely mentioned is "3.5 mm headphone jack

Worthy upgrade over HD 650 $800 budget

I'm looking for an upgraded pair of headphones over my HD 650. I've had them for many years and tried the Hi-Fiman sundara which were pretty good too but I still ended up going back to the HD 650. I heard about the new Sennheiser hdb 630 which really peaked my interest just because of all the great

3 to try

My budget is $400 and I would like to try all Sennheiser products. What three or four (wired and over-ear) would you recommend that have the most variety between them? For example, I would not want to order two that are marginally the same but want to experience vastly different sounds.

From HD650 to M4?

Hi all! New to the sub, but not to the brand. I got a Sennheiser HD 650 a few decades ago, and they are the best headphones I ever bought. The sound quality is stellar and the fit is very comfy to me. They are showing their age now and at this point both drivers are shot.

In the meantime I also

Which Headphones is worth it the most for me?

Hello wonderful headphones experts!

I have used some older Steelseries arctis 7 on my PC and after they are beginning to break I am going to follow my friends recommendation and get a pair of dedicated headphones for my PC.

I have looked at headphones such as HD 650, HD 600 and also Momentum 4.

Recommended amp for HD 650?

Hi all,

I’m not what I’d consider an audiophile but I do like having high quality sound fidelity and was looking into upgrading my setup a bit and upgrade the amp I have for my Senheiser 650. I listen to music and media occasionally on my PC but mostly play video games. Yes it’s probably overkill b

HD 650 v. BeyerDynamic 1990 Pro

I’m currently listening on a pair of HD 650s I bought refurbished 4 or 5 years ago. They seem to have lost a little of their sparkle, or I am just ready for a new sound. I haven’t listened to many different headphones in my life. I would say I enjoy the Sennheiser acoustics, construction, and ease o

Quick question, are the HD 490 Pro's mixing pads supposed to be a tad rough?

I got these headphones used from a shop recently. The producer velour pads feel soft and fluffy, but I'm not too big on how they sound. The fabric mixing pads I have are quite a bit darker (almost dark gray-black) than I see in some product photos (where they look mid gray) and they feel pretty roug
