I sent back my scuf reflex pro about 5 times before it was good, I got the omega now because of the features but it’s the same thing all over again. I already have to sent it back second time because of out of the box scratches on the controller. Fortunately support in eu is very helpful.

The scuf omega is a good controller, but if you look up the issues people are having with trying to update it, for some it works for others like myself I had to get a new dongle and still won't work. Only had it for maybe 2 months, it's frustrating and ridiculous.

It wasn’t a big deal for me until now and finally searched it up on google. Gonna try everyone’s suggestions later today and give it a shot

Battery life sucks on the edge though. I gave mine to my 6 year old and he loves it though. The scuf reflex is still my favorite over the omega but it's because I have a defective omega.
