Pc controllers use xinput and is the standard (since it’s all Microsoft). Sony doesn’t have their own version of controller input so you need to use DS4 or SteamInput for native PlayStation controllers. There’s no way for SCUF to use PS inputs for this reason. Licensed just means they are allowed to put the PS logo on and use the button icons and it can work as a PS5 controller. The old Reflex model was an actual Dualsense that Scuf modified to have additional back buttons and instant triggers etc, so it worked exactly as a Dualsense and the PS5 would see
