That's exactly what I did. Bestbuy has great warranty support they'll just give you a gift card that's worth the equivalent of the price. My scuf envision pro v2 is great so far though

SCUF IS THE WORST CONTROLLER I EVER HAD!
I've had 3 scufs, two PS4 scufs and now I have the envision pro v2. No issues on any of them in fact they're some of the best controllers I've ever used.

You will not get the envision pro v2 as a replacement. I’ve gone through this process 7 times with my envision pro.
