Unfortunately all Samsung oleds from S90D and onward suffer from the pulldown stutter bug. It's not really a "motion handling thing". It's just simple 5:5 pulldown, rather it's Samsungs incompetence to fix such obvious issues with a firmware update. The 2022-2023 Samsung oleds didn't have this bug,
