I was cross shopping the Beam Gen 2 and the Samsung HW S60D about a year ago. Ended up going for the Samsung after hearing both and figuring that the Samsung was better value on sale for 300$ CAD while the Beam was 650$ CAD. I dont regret my purchase at all. People on this Reddit will mention bigger

He said $500 max if it was significantly better… The Core 100 is $279 but a lot smaller and only 2 channel The Sonos beam people are recommending is $500 no? For under $300 the Samsung HW-S60D is probably the best

No less than Rufus, the Amazon AI, dissuaded me from the entire Ultimea lineup, dissing the brand as being targeted towards peeps with tin ears, who are content with its blackplasticcrap quality, who have the space to have it cosplay like "Cruella De Vil" @ DHS IRL when I was frantically searching f

TCL S45H is supposed to be a good budget bar that almost certainly fits in your proposed price bracket brand new.If I were you, I would go for a used Samsung S60D (HW-S60D?), it has a tad bit more refined room correction for width (at east from my limited experience in two ENTIRELY different rooms,

That’s my bad for not reading correctly. You have a few options for that price range, the S60D is pretty solid (family member has one). Bose 550 will leave you with change and is superb for the size/price (purchased one at Christmas for a gift). Sonos Beam is great for small spaces (I own one). Rtin

Then the Samsung HW-S60D or Sonos Ray are going to be your top options. Unless you splurge for the Klipsch Flexus 200.

The Klipsch 200 or Samsung HW-S60D are your best options in your price range. The Klipsch will run you about $350 (on sale) and the Samsung $280. Klipsch is a 3.1.2 system, Samsung is a 5.0 system. If you need one a little less expensive, I'd go with 1. Sonos Ray 2. Samsung HW-S50B 3. Bose TV Speake

Bought the Samsung HW-S60D. Have had it for 3 months, and I love it. I never saw a solo soundbar from LG, but I think all you lose is using LG sound sync with your TV's speakers. But soundbar is a definite upgrade over TV speakers.

Risking the disdain of our assembled colleagues, I opted to swap out my HW-S50B soundbar for an open-box Samsung HW-S60D unit. Same line, same footprint, but adds Dolby Atmos compatibility for only $200 out of pocket, while letting me get a few more years out of the investment in my existing Samsung
