In a budget of 15000, you have 2 choices - Get 2 Samsung Essential S3 24 inches monitors (they don't have daisy chaining feature though). If you want just one monitor, go with one Essential S4 27 inches. And do remember : Full HD upto 24 inches QHD upto 27 inches 4K at 32 inches Hope this helps!

Monitor recommendation
I got the Samsung Essential S3 i think. 1080p monitor. For indie games you don't need more than 1080 and for heavier games I would not suggest pushing beyond that.

Monitor Buying Guidance!
Better to stick to Dell/Samsung and LG only. 24 Inch then FHD, 27 inch 2K is must. Samsung Essential S3 - 24 inch so cheaper Dell S/P series LG 27 inch 2k LG 27U631A but for 13K with CB.

With "power saving" features on it can go lower than 6W with decent brightness and can be powered by a range of DC vol
