I keep seeing people recommending the OLED LG’s to accompany the Pro….
According to RTings the Samsung S90F are S95F are superior to the LG C5 and G5 respectively. Only thing about Samsungs they don’t have Dolby Vision so if you plan to use it for TV or movies on top of gaming, LG would be better. Then apparently the Sony Bravia 8 is not as bright as the LG or Samsungs

Any reason I shouldn't get a TCL? 85" QLED Mini LED is like $2k less than Samsung
Mini LED is just marketing terms. It's still an LCD TV. I think what I value is picture quality, Well you're looking at the wrong TV's if that's the case. That QM6K is not a good TV, just all sorts of bad. Has zero redeeming qualities about it if you care about PQ. If I'm reading this right, you're

Kirby Air Riders updated to version 1.2.0
Playing off a Samsung S90F with 1200 Peak Brightness value and lemme tell you, Kirby Air Riders looks so dull by comparison to Prime 4. The lighting values are off and the game doesn't take advantage of the wider color gamut as it should either. The biggest proof in the pudding for me is Kirby's Spe

Will I regret choosing a Samsung S95F over a Sony OLED?
TLDR - you watch Cable/SDR and YouTube? Do NOT get the Samsung. I’ve got a Sony A80H OLED for 4 years and v recently went on a mission to upgrade. Chose a Samsung S90F 83”. Less than 2 weeks later - I’m retiring it and getting a Bravia 9. The Samsung is gorgeous as a console screen, stunning with hi

So when are we getting TRUE BLACK 1000? Seems to be the only worthy upgrade, I don't even see rumors of such a monitor
You can get HDR 1400 already in some models, even for <300 which is even better if we are strictly going by numbers. If you mean for OLED, there is the LG G5 or Samsung S90F/S95F that tick almost all the boxes except full screen there are 100 off.

77" Samsung S90F?
RTINGS doesn’t really fully account for some of the stuff Sony is best at, most notably Motion handling, but that’s a lot more relevant for movies than games (OLEDs are really bad at 24p video). I own the 65” Sony XR8B which is basically a Bravia 8 and I love it, but I got a stellar deal on it about

LG C5 vs Samsung S90F.
I had both the TVs. Returned the c5 because of eyestrain. If you are not someone with sensitive eyes I think definitely go the c5. It has the wow factor and feels polished. The s90f is a glitchy mess. Only thing about c5 is sdr gaming is a little dim. Dolby vision can still be dim but supposedly the

From Plasma to Oled or Mini LED?
I always find these conversations a bit strange because oled blows my old plasma away. I gave up my Panasonic 50 inch plasma in sept and it was around 12 years or so old. Got a 77 inch Samsung s90F. HDR, larger screen, way the heck brighter, more frame rate options and of course 4K just make it so m

Have you moved from newer tech back to plasma?
I just replaced my Hisense U8K miniLED with a Samsung S90f OLED. While I love the HDR and super bright color picture, it's still got it's draw backs. I would say motion below 60hz can be worse than either the TV it replaced or the ST30 plasma I have obviously. But it still has a lot of benefits. For
