I see a lot of people recommending the 990 Pro for the Xbox Ally X, but before you go get the fastest and most expensive drive, think about power consumption. The stock Samsung MZ-VMA1T00 (PM9A1) already balances solid speed with power efficiency, usually drawing around 4.5W under load. The 990 Pro,

I use the FitCamX. I like keeping the OEM-look as much as possible, and a dash cam hanging on the windshield would drive me nuts, so the integrated look was a big plus. Image quality and functionality has been great so far. That said, i’ve seen some reviews online that say it’s not true 4k, but inst

150 GB is tiny, but extremely valuable. You have fully protected the files so that you can access them. Well done. If you are hit by a bus, your family might be clueless about where the photos and videos are and how to access them. I'd suggest you spend all of US$ 27 on a Samsung 256 GB flash drive.

Same, I was looking for replacement flash drives for years, because the actually decent Lexar P20 I had two of were only 32GB. I've moved on to portable ssd and m.2 nvme in external usb-c enclosures, although voltage is a factor with the nvme. However, I have in the last couple of years discovered t

I went with (so far): the 2 in 1 Rog ASUS case, the db killswitch case which comes with screen protection as well, 4tb Samsung 990 evo plus ssd, turtle beach battle buds, iclever foldable keyboard with track pad (battle buds, keyboard and power cable all fit in the 2 in 1 bag), skull and co. Flash drives are good for individual files and helping transfer them physically to locations. Not so helpful for an Operating System. An Operating System accesses files quickly and often which appears to the flash drive as random reading and writing. Here's a review of this flash drive https://ssd-t

USB-C can easily run faster than a microSD card. Using Samsung's own products as a reference, a ~$30 256GB Flash Drive can go up to 400MB/s while a ~$30 256GB microSD card can only go up to 100MB/s read and 40MB/s write speed. If the goal is to take photos/videos and transfer them, a flash drive win

I use a QNAP and it holds image backups from my PCs and data backups from my PCs via Macrium. Plus some a sync job daily via Robocopy. I don't have much data so it fits on a 1TB RAID1 of Samsung SSDs. Silent. But HDDs will make some noise in any brand NAS, any brand HDDs. A UPS is NOT to keep the NA
