Galaxy Watch 9 - really slow charging
Samsung watches are slower than other brands. I don't have a watch 9 but my 44m watch 7 used to take this long, and my new GWU2 takes several hours but that has a bigger battery. Make sure you are using charging puck that came with it and that the area isn't too warm

Galaxy Watch 9 (40mm) charging extremely slowly (~2 hours total). Is this normal for anyone else?
Galaxy watch 9 40 mm. The same problem also occurred with the 25-watt Samsung charger, which took 1 hour to charge the Galaxy Watch 6.

I’m seeing the same issue on my Galaxy Watch 9 44mm non-LTE. I tracked one charging session: 17:18 - 54%, estimated 28 min to 90% (battery protection enabled)17:46 - 72%, exactly 28 minutes later, according to the initial estimate it should already have been at 90%18:00 - 80%, estimated 8 min to 90%

Galaxy Watch 9 Has Serious Charging Problems
Well yes, but its especially slow on Galaxy Watches. The Apple Watch series 11 and Apple Watch Ultra recharge 2x the speed of the Samsung equivalents. With inductive charging. So it is possible.

So it seems all the Watch 9 have a charging issue ?
Same issue here -took over 2 hours to fully charge the Watch. I asked Samsung support and this is their position: Samsung UK Support : The normal, full charging time for the Samsung Galaxy Watch 9 from 0% to 100% is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours. So I guess no software update will i
