One IU 8 eats battery
I have the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic. I received the One UI update last week. The first day after the update, my watch went from 100% battery to 30% battery within eight to ten hours. The following evening, I put the watch in recovery mode, cleared it's cache partition, powered the watch down, and rebo

Samsung's Galaxy Watch 4 is now nearing the end of its run
If the GW4 becomes unusable or unsafe due to no security updates then I'd probably just switch to the GW6 classic instead. It will not become unusable or unsafe anytime soon. I have a Gear S3 from 2017 that still does 99% of everything I want it to and then some stuff that newer watches physically c

Watch 4 classic to watch 6 classic
The Watch 6 is not just faster cause of the 20% more CPU power its also faster cause it has 33% more ram. ( I have both Watch 4 and 6 and the 6 feels ALOT faster. ) The Screen is not only bigger its also much brighter, with smaller bezels and Saphire glass. The Watch 6 has faster charging and a much

Thank god 'SAM Mobile' has responded for once on "Why your Galaxy Watch hasn’t backed up to Samsung Cloud in ages"
When I had my Watch 5 Pro and my Watch 6 Classic, I'd meet these conditions near every night and it still wouldn't backup. Samsung just needs to admit that their auto backup is completely broken and bring back the ability to manually backup.

Samsung's Galaxy Watch 4 is now nearing the end of its run
If the GW4 becomes unusable or unsafe due to no security updates then I'd probably just switch to the GW6 classic instead. Only thing I'll say to that is the processor upgrade to the Exynos W1000 that was introduced in the GW7 was one of the most dramatic upgrades in a smart watch I've had in a whil

GW 5 Laggy (Even after wiped cache, and reduced transperancy.)
This lag still exists in Galaxy watch 6 classic, maybe slightly less than this. I upgraded to watch ultra and it's as smooth as a phone/apple watch. I believe the newer processors after watch 7 have no lags

Samsung Galaxy watches recommendation
I'd go for a watch 7 or if you need it cheaper, a watch 6. Obviously the newer models, 7, 8, will get more years of updates. Watch 6 Classic has the rotating bezel which makes navigation much easier without smudging up your screen but it is larger so may not be suitable for your wrist size. Samsung

Is it worth to change 6 classic for 8/8 classic?
I use the Watch 6 Classic and for me it's enough for everything. The newer 7 and 8 have more advanced sensors, but their tracking is almost the same — they just pick up the ups and downs faster. I still get around 30 hours with my Watch 6 Classic, but the 7 or 8 will be better. (I could also turn off

4 days of battery life without charging galaxy watch 8 44mm
Your experience aligns perfectly with the standard 48-hour cycle for these models, which is exactly why I find this specific unit so anomalous. Operating in Edmonton, the sub-zero temperatures should logically be degrading my battery efficiency through increased internal resistance, yet I’m consis

4 days of battery life without charging galaxy watch 8 44mm
I replied to someone else with this and it should explain also there is new news article by tech reviewer's stating there is a battery drain problem with a Google service update or something, check your battery settings and see how much is google using and is it at the top of the list, if so force s
