I was in the same boat as you, foming from Galaxy Watch 4 BT, went for Watch 8 LTE, loving it so far go for 8 LTE.

UI 8 is a mess
OneUI 8 update has wrist detection issues and therefore BP check didn't trigger. This also stopped HR sensor from measuring continuously. Apparently many users complained about this (read similar posts in this sub) and it's not a single user thing. Therefore, Samsung stopped providing that update. W
