Yeah it is. I don't know about other brands but samsung low end devices are pretty crap. Even the Samsung s6 lite tab I have lagged straight out of the box and is not pleasant to use. They are both 4 GB ram versions, that could be a big factor.

If those are the 2 choices, get the Lenovo. Specs are better,.tablet is newer. You have to be careful with the s6 lite. There is a few different models, 2020, 2022, 2024. You definitely want the 2024. I can't confirm the link you posted is the 2024.
