I can't remember which update it was, but it changed for the Tab S10 FE and became even more convoluted... Here's what works for me now: with the Tab on and unlocked, plug to PC and hold [Power] + [Vol. Down] until the screen powers off and then keep holding [Power] but switch to holding [Vol. Up] n
