Samsung Rings Battery Swelling
it stopped holding a charge after ~9 months of ownership. Continued to wear it just because I got used to the feeling of it on my finger. Beginning to think I'm a real dummy for continuing to buy Samsung products over and over again only to feel like they don't even care to right their wrongs. You c

Samsung’s Customer Service is Designed to Wear You Down
Samsung makes some of the best hardware on the market, but if you ever need customer service, be prepared for a frustrating, time-wasting nightmare. I bought the Galaxy Ring along with Samsung Care+, thinking I was paying for peace of mind. Instead, I ended up stuck in an endless cycle of transfers,

Before you buy a galaxy ring, read this. (Wouldn't recommend)
I bought a galaxy ring back in July, the sensors stopped working in August.
I sent the ring in for warranty repair and they sent it back to me "fixed", except when I tried out the ring it was actually in worse condition than I originally sent it in for repairs. Before, the sensors stopped working,

i wanted to like the ring, i really did.

Would you buy another Galaxy Ring?
For those of you that had battery issues and returned your ring/warranty claim, would you buy it again or a different brand?

Galaxy ring started to drain battery (100%->0% in 3 hours)
My galaxy ring worked fine for about a month, but as of 2 days ago it started to drain battery like crazy; it drains like 30%/hr. It drains the battery so quickly it even becomes warm to the touch.
I tried resetting it, rebooting the phone, reconnecting the ring to the phone, etc, and nothing help

QuantumScape Lounge: ( Week 38 2025)
Samsung Galaxy Smart Ring battery swells up When modern technology goes wrong, it can do so in worrying ways. A Samsung Galaxy Ring user, for example, discovered the device was swelling and crushing his finger. Not only did this result in him being denied entry onto his flight, but he had to be hosp

Anyone else have random battery drops?
Hey everyone,
I’ve had my Galaxy Ring (size 11) for 10 months now, and I’m suddenly getting terrible battery life compared to just a couple weeks ago. I used to easily go 5–6 days per charge, but now I’m barely making it 3 days. Firmware on phone and ring are fully updated
Here’s my recent log:
