Bought a Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 in August 2025 at Best Buy, and screen cracked after 7 weeks. I don't know why it happened. Found online it's a known problem. Samsung warranty won't cover a cracked screen. Geek Squad took 10 days to tell me the screen was cracked and wanted $900 for repair. The part i
