I've been using my Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Edge 16" (Snapdragon X Elite) for 10 months now, and the screen, battery usage, and performance for web surfing and watching movies are better than on Intel laptops. I don't use heavy programs or play games on it, so I have no complaints about the chip.

If you think Samsung Apps and Services are Bloatware then there is no difference between Galaxy Book and Random Laptop. Also most of them useful especially if in Samsung Ecosystem

This is mostly not a hardware issue. The recent samsung update has broken a lot of galaxy books. I have book 4 in which the recent update made the c drive completely unaccessable which caused a lot of problems. you should completely reset the system. Take backup of files and factory reset.

I had a MacBook Pro back in 2014-2019. I built my pc in 2021. Then I switched to Samsung galaxy book4 360. I recommend windows because I literally switch my notes back and fourth from my pc to my tablet book4 to my galaxy tablet because it’s all windows integrated. If it were me I’d get the galaxy b
