Take a look at Peripera Ink the Velvet Longwear Lip Tint, or rom&nd the Juicy Lasting Tint. These are both great for dry lips. Apply one thin layer, let it fully dry, then add a second. This helps the stain bond to your inner lip so it resists licking much better. For a mask, I use Burt’s Bees Overn

Ok I'm pretty similar to you!! Mixed Eastern European and UK heritage (though I am American) and I am fair and neutral-cool with dark hair but my skin is a more saturated lemon yellow rather than muted gray-green! Alllll of the muddy/muted lipstick recs look awful on me and the purple contrasts real

I am fair and cool too but my skin is a very saturated lemon yellow rather than gray green so most of those recs don't work for me either! There's such a lack of recommendations for non-muted olives. I've even seen people saying that all olives are muted which is just....no. I like Rom&nd Juicy Last

I second this, rom&nd's juicy lasting tints are fabulous totally my lips but better , my personal favourite is nucademia, for an everyday look and dark coconut for a glossy reddish brown tint.
