Viture beast arrived

Good initial review. The Beast has been sitting in my cart for 2 weeks but scared to pull the trigger. I have the Rokid Max XR glasses from a few years ago so my standards are pretty low. Even my current glasses blow my mind and I don't have 80% of the features of these current ones. Anyway, I keep

Rokid sucks

the rokid max are not ar glasses at all. Per definition all those birdbath glasses do not augment the reality with relevant information. They can be called xr glasses or just portable private monitors. Its literally false advertisement. OP is using the new rokid ai glasses that can actually see and

Which classes for computer programming several hours every day? Xreal or Viture. Which model?

Just so you know, I didn’t downvote you. With that said, I have owned the Viture Pro XR, the Viture Luma Ultra, the XReal One Pro, and briefly (cause I returned them), the Rokid Max 2. The Rokid pair were far and away the weakest glasses of the lot, and to me, they don’t even feel like they’re in th

Steam Frame for non-gamers?

Yea I almost regret selling off my dual monitor strut arms a while back. I think it was the best experience I've had. I've also tried AR glasses like the Rokid Max but the experience honestly wasn't all that great. They have some new models since so I dunno if it's been improved or not.

Rokid sucks

yes, i mostly agree. But i will state a few things: 3dof is not ar, its just an illusion of ar. That is especially true if its janky 3dof with an external application (like rokid max has) instead of the newer onboard 3dof (like xreal op and viture beast has. 6dof is ar, tho, if its convincing. if so

Best glasses for walking while playing phone games (some needing a touchscreen) and productivity uses

Forget about birdbath glasses like rokid max, xreal air, viture or rayneo. They are monitor replacements for sit down or lay down media consumption, not while on the go. Coming from someone daily using the rokid max for 16 months now.

One Pro's mod: remove tinting

No, it is not fine. It is totally stupid. It is like ... imagine you are about to make a sport car: You take a chariot. Add an ultra fast engine that can do 300kmh. And... Add a pair of horses! You need horses to not look weird! What if somebody will see you driving a chariot without horses? Self-dr
