Anyone else enjoy watching movies on your headset?

If I had an AVP - because that's the only high res OLED panel w HDR/Dolby Vision support. I have giant OLED and projector screen in my house otherwise. If I traveled more, I'd probably get an AVP, but for now my Rokid Max glasses have microOLEDs (no HDR though). I'm not viewing movies on non-OLED di

For 2021 this was crazy thin

I ran an XR Elite in glasses mode for mobile productivity and with the Vive Desk app - was all I needed with my little windows handheld for an on-the-go multi-monitor work setup. Unfortunately, it bricked itself one day so i'm back to using my Rokid Max glasses for this (single screen only at 50FOV)

Which bundle for 2026? Rokid AR Lite Set vs. XREAL One S + Beam Pro

Haven't tried the Xreals, but DO own the rokid gen1 and max 2 bundles with the original station and the Spatial station as well...I also have the viture one xr and neck band. My short answer ...the rokid are better, either version. Beautiful picture, and they just work. I'm not a fan of the station

Anyone using display glasses with a SteamDeck on flights or while traveling?

I use Rokid Max glasses, both while traveling and sometimes on the couch at home. They work rather well, and although I do turn the brightness down to the minimum every time, they're great. Do exactly what I want them to. I've used them extensively with both Steam Deck and a Lenovo Legion Go with Ba

Rokid Max2 Durability

Very durable based on my experience. I am using Rokid Max 2 and Station 2 for about a year, no issues. I mostly use them when not at my PC. At my PC, I am still using Rokid Max for over 2.5 years, 10-12 hours daily, mostly for productivity tasks (web browsing, reading, programming, 3D modeling, watc

Bottom edge is hidden a bit

If both nose pads do not work well, you can try removing the nose piece entirely and see if you can position glasses so you can see full screen. I use the glasses with full 1920x1200 and can see the whole screen in both Rokid Max and Rokid Max 2 glasses, so it should be possible to achieve. Without

Best XR Glasses for Steam Deck & Android (Nothing Phone 3a)

I have purchased XReal Air Pro 2 (2023), Rokid Max (2024), VITURE Pro (2024), and RayNeo Air Pro 4 (2026). They have all been refunded. I can confidently say that tech is over-rated, over-priced, and consistently under-delivers. Not a single pair of XR glasses I tried can display all sides/corners o

Technology should've stopped right there

I have Rokid Max and Rokid Max 2 glasses. They both provide 1920x1200 resolution per eye, and have similar image quality. Having two pairs allows me avoid unplugging the glasses from PC all the time, and using the other pair with mobile devices. I use the same font sizes I used on normal screens, wh

Rokid Max 2 is worth the upgrade.

I just got my Rokid AR Max 2 with the spatial station 2 a few days ago. I like it, no problems with blurriness on outer edges of the screen, however I am having problems with getting words into complete focus that I am reading because I am not near-sighted, but far-sighted. I have hyperopia. Not sev
