Thank you. So just an update if you or anyone cares :) I took the plate off the underside of the unit to expose the battery and motors. This is very easy to do and after removing it I was horrified at how much dog hair and other debris was in the wheel areas and throughout the under side. The fact t

I fixed my 1day old X40 Ultra (would not dock or charge)
The build quality is so poor. I remember disassembling my first Xiaomi robot, it looked like NASA-made device. Roborock S5 Max - already could not even compare. But this one looks like Chinese cassette player with AKAIWA logo on it😅

My s5 max was definitely not for the faint of heart. 100% of the screws had to come out to get the wheels out and the 'wheels up' contact switch circuit board was hard wired to the wheel motor.
